Uses / Indications:

Carca 3.125 Tablet is a prescription medicine that is used to treat mild to severe long-term heart failure, heart disease following a heart attack and high blood pressure. Carca 3.125 works by slowing the heart rate and relaxing the blood vessels thus improve blood flow and lowers blood pressure.

Interactions / Warnings:

Don't stop taking the medication without talking to your doctor first. Stopping Carca-3.125 Tablet 15's gradually may cause changes in your heart rhythm and blood pressure, cause chest pain, or a heart attack. Your doctor will lower your dose gradually over a period of time to help prevent these symptoms. Carca-3.125 Tablet 15's can cause low blood sugar (hypoglycaemia). This medication should be used with caution if you have diabetes, particularly if you are taking insulin or other diabetes drugs that may cause low blood sugar. This medication can also induce low blood sugar in babies, children and adults who do not have diabetes.Do not take Carca-3.125 Tablet 15's if you have asthma or similar breathing difficulties. It could make your asthma severe.

Side Effects:

Feeling dizzy. Rise slowly over a few minutes when sitting or lying down. Be careful climbing. Feeling tired or weak. Loose stools (diarrhea). Dry eyes. Using artificial tears may help. Change in sex ability. This most often goes back to normal. Allergic side effects may rarely happen.

Medicine interaction:

Carca-3.125 Tablet 15's is known to contra-indicate when taken along with other beta-blockers (such as acebutolol, atenolol, bisoprolol, carteolol, esmolol, metoprolol, nadolol, nebivolol or sotalol), ACE inhibitors (such as lisinopril or enalapril), calcium channel blockers such as (diltiazem), asthma medications (theophylline) or any NSAIDs (ibuprofen).
